Very rare opportunity to own an income producing hunting property in the Bayou DeView basin.
The level crop ground is watered by an electric well and was in corn in 2017, soybeans in 2018. The timber is a variety of mast producing oak trees, part of which hold some huntable duck water beginning in the late summer/early fall. In the center of the timber there are a couple grown up fields that would make stellar food plots to feed the whitetail that travel the wooded corridor.
This property is in the right part of the world to further develop for wildlife or lease out the farm and hunting for investment return.
