Recent data from Lands of America shows almost $5 billion in land and other rural acreage for sale in the Wonder State, which covers about 488,000 acres of land for sale in Arkansas. Of Arkansas's 75 counties, Benton County had the most land and acreage for sale. There were 737 acres of sold land in Arkansas recorded in February 2019 through the Lands of America sales program. This reflects a decrease in sales activity over data from the previous month. The most land sales in the state last month were recorded in Benton County.
