Of the 75 counties in Arkansas, Fulton County had the most land for sale. The most expensive land listed for sale in Arkansas on Lands of America recently was $179 million, although the median price for land and rural property for sale in Arkansas was $335,015. The average price of land and other rural acreage for sale in Arkansas was $793,732. There was 950 acres of sold land in Arkansas recorded last month through the Lands of America sales program. This reflects a 23 percent decrease in sales activity over the previous month. The total value of this sold land and rural real estate was $2.8 million. Fulton County recorded the most land sales recently in the state.
