The Ingram Creek Tract is +/-37 acres of native bottomland hardwoods. The timber on the property consists of maturing, merchantable oak, hickory, and various other types of hardwood species. Ingram Creek is a perennial stream that traverses the tract from the north boundary line to the south boundary line. Hunting potential is excellent with the remote location, mast producing oak trees, and the creek that could provide a steady water source for wildlife. From the intersection of AR Hwy 355 and Plum Street in Tollette, travel west on Plum approximately 0.9 miles to Bright Star Road. (Note: Plum Street turns into Bright Star Road). Continue straight on Bright Star Road approximately 1.0 mile to deeded easement (GPS Coord. -93.9292 33.8254).Turn right (north) onto deeded easement to find gate marked with KFS Flagging. Continue through gate following KFS Flagging to find KFS "Land For Sale Sign" and Flagging on the interior west boundary line.
