We have reworked the access road to the property since I took this photo. The property is 13 miles south of Monticello, Ar. and 2 miles northwest of Lacey, Ar. Monticello is the county seat of Drew County and the home of the University of Arkansas at Monticello.
This area is well known for excellent deer hunting. Property can be replanted in either pine or hardwood with high site index soils. Anyone looking for land in Drew County knows that small affordable tracts like this one are hard to find. |
