This was recently acquired thru a mortgage default and the lender does not know where the corners are located. At this time there is no survey. Marvin Shelley, broker, is knowledgeable about the property and can take you to it, but does not know the location corners. A buyer will have to assume the Washington County tax records and maps are reasonably correct. If this is an issue, perhaps it's best we locate another property.
