Directions to the Land
|
In Lincoln, South on West Ave. 0.5 miles, then right on W. South St 0.4 miles, Road name changes to Bush Valley Rd #11 for 1.6 miles, then left on Bush Rd #448 for 1.7 miles. At the "Y" go thru gate on left, not locked. The 130 acres can barely be seen at this point and is accessed behind the mobile home. SO, it is highly recommended that you have this agent go with you to get to the actual 130 acres. A casual drive-by "just to look" will most likely be a waste of your time because you will not know where or what you are looking at.
Please email or call a day or two ahead to arrange a tour of the property.
