The Lawrence Moro has excellent access via county and company gravel roads to most areas of the property enhancing logging capability and access for hunting and recreation. The high percentage of mature timber offers a significant potential for immediate timber harvest for the buyer. A current survey is in progress to establish boundary lines and confirm sale acreage.

The Lawrence Moro Tract offers an excellent hardwood timberland investment combined with good hunting and recreation opportunities. The tract is approximately 2.8 miles in length from north to south and between 3/4 and 1 mile wide along most of the property. The tract runs along both sides of Moro Creek just east of the community of Bunn, Arkansas. The tract has quality bottomland soil types for hardwood timber growth. The soils on the property consist primarily of Guyton, Ouachita, Amy and Wehadkee silt loam soils. The property offers plenty of diversity for a number of favored wildlife and game species and multiple access points to gravel roads enhance both logging and hunting opportunity. The property is located only about 15 miles north of Fordyce and 25 miles south of Sheridan.

Directions to the Land
From the junction of Highway 167 & Highway 79 at Fordyce, travel north on Highway 167 for approximately 4.2 miles to Highway 273 on the left. Turn left (West) onto Highway 273 and go about 2.3 miles to the junction with Highway 229. Continue northwesterly onto Highway 229 and go an additional 8.3 miles to Dallas County Road 104 (Bunn-McGriff Road). Turn right onto CR 104 / Bunn McGriff Road and continue 1.0 mile to the south end of the tract. Various gravel roads access the east and west sides of the property, as shown on the attached maps.
