There is Historical Willow Holes for Roosting. You can hunt ducks in the Tupelo and Cypress Lake with Mature Green Timber. There is a place for a boat dock on the Cache River if one desires. The place for the hunting lodge is in a place that it does not get in any flooding. The Pin Oak Lake is all in Green Timber but there are opening for duck hunting and places to fish.

One hour to Little Rock and about one hour and half from Memphis or less. There is an airplane in Brinkley for small planes.
About Thirty minutes to Augusta. and forty five minutes to McCory. Hunter is to the East. The property is on the Cache River and the White River is about five miles to the west.
